We collect information you give us when you request a quote, book a stay, create an account, contact us, or use our resident and client portals. This includes your name, email address, mailing address, mobile and other phone numbers, company and billing details, stay and reservation details, payment information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), identity documents where a property requires them, and the content of messages you send us. We also collect basic technical information when you use our website, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
We use your information to provide and manage your reservation and stay, process payments and issue invoices and receipts, send service communications (by email, phone, text message and in-app or push notification), respond to requests, maintain the security of our services, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve our services.
If you provide a mobile number when you book a stay or set up an account, you agree to receive text messages from Suite Home about your reservation, stay and account. These are service messages such as reservation confirmations, arrival and check-in instructions, departure reminders, invoice and payment notices, payment receipts, service request updates and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, your text messaging opt-in, or your messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (our messaging provider and the mobile carriers), and only for that purpose.
We share personal information only with service providers who act on our behalf (for example payment processing, messaging delivery, hosting and accounting), with the property or building where you stay when needed to arrange access, with the company that arranged or pays for your stay where that applies, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information. The text messaging statement above applies to all sharing described in this section: mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
